Damaged or Defective Product:
We have a high degree of confidence in the design and
durability of the products we sell - so much so that we offer a Lifetime
Warranty on each and every item. This Warranty covers NORMAL use - if it was run over by a truck or dropped from a sky crane, that is not NORMAL!
If your product is not performing as it should, first check our product FAQ Page for helpful information on common problems.
(Time-saving hint: Malfunctions in battery-operated products are generally remedied by installing
new batteries, so please be sure to try fresh juice before contacting us
because that's usually the first thing we're going to suggest.)
If the info on the FAQ Page didn't help, and/or the installation of new batteries didn't enlighten your life, we want to know about it. Please email our Gear Geek and tell her what is going on, including: your order
number, which product is acting up, what it is or isn't doing, what (if anything) happened
to it, and what (if anything) you've tried to fix it. She'll reply with more trouble-shooting ideas or with instructions for returning the product to us for replacement.
Product shipped is not what you ordered:
Many apologies for our mistake - we'll make it right, and asap! Please email our Gear Geek and include: your order number, the name and details (color, size, product # if available, etc.) of the
product that you ordered, and the name and details (color, size, product # if available, etc.) of what you received instead. By the following
business day, we’ll ship you the correct product at no additional
charge, and we'll reply with instructions for returning the
incorrect product. If we do not receive the mistakenly-shipped product within 20 days, in its complete and original packaging, and in a
condition suitable for resale, you will not qualify for a full refund.
You’re not satisfied with product quality:
We apologize if you're not satisfied with an item you purchased from us. Please email our Gear Geek and include: your order number, the name and
item number of the product that you ordered, and why you're not satisfied with your purchase. By the following
business day, you will receive a reply with instructions for returning the
product. Upon receipt of the returned product,
you will receive a credit on your card in the amount equal to the total price of the
orginal order. Returned product MUST be complete in original packaging and in a
condition suitable for resale in order to qualify for a full refund.
You mistakenly ordered the wrong product:
No big deal, we all make mistakes! Please email our Gear Geek and include: your order number, the name and item number of the
product that you ordered, and the name and item number of the product you would like instead.
Within one business day we'll reply by return email with instructions for
returning the product to be exchanged. Upon receipt of the returned product we will ship
the correct item and will charge/credit your card in the amount equal of the
difference in price between the items and the shipping cost back to you.
Returned product must be complete in original packaging and in a condition
suitable for resale in order to qualify for a full refund.
Items returned for other reasons:
Orders sometimes get returned to us due to delivery refusal, “Return to Sender” mark, or bad address. If this happens with your order, we will contact you by email to get the correct shipping address and see if you want the order reshipped. You will be responsible for
additional shipping charges if your order is reshipped. If a returned order is cancelled, we will credit your card for the amount of the order less the original
shipping charges.
Credits for Returns:
A refund credit will be issued after we receive and process your return. Please allow 10 days from the
date of your return for your credit to be issued. The credit may take up to 2 credit
card billing cycles to be reflected on your statement.
